The Atago Griddle Insert is the flexible complement to your griddle grilling: it fits perfectly into the opening of your griddle and food stays securely in place without falling into the opening in the center of the griddle. Placed directly on the fire, it lets you prepare a sauce, soup, pan-fry or coffee while an invigorating meal sizzles on the Atago griddle. This makes it easy to prepare a barbecue sauce, a hearty soup or a spicy garnish in a small pot, sauce pan or saucepan. Then, to round off the meal, you can make a nice aromatic coffee with the percolator or a wild herb tea with the small teapot.
With the Cooking Stand, adding charcoal and wood is made easy by the opening in the center of the Atago Cooking Plate. The Atago Cooking Stand is made in Germany and stands out for its high quality.
It combines perfectly with the Atago Griddle Insert, allowing you to securely hold small kitchen equipment or obtain the beautiful grill marks typical of barbecue cooking.
