The griddle and brazier let you cook, roast and simmer over an open fire with true Wild West cooking: simply hook the griddle quickly and securely to your tripod hook with the threaded eyebolt. Positioned over your fire, the steel reaches temperature in the blink of an eye. As a result, your meat cooks gently, retaining its juices. Choose the heat you need by adjusting the length of the tripod chain in relation to the fire. As with the Petromax griddle and brazier, there are different cooking zones, allowing you to grill fish in the center and gently cook or keep vegetables warm on the edge of the griddle. With a diameter of over 56 cm, you can treat yourself and your outlaws to a wide variety of outdoor dishes.
