Description
This mufflerless intermediate tube is designed to free the flow of gases from the constraints of the muffler. Our manufacturing and mandrel-bending process, with no crushing in the bends thanks to our semi-digital bending machine, allows the engine to breathe more freely: slight gain in torque/power, pleasant sound.
Please note: we do not recommend fitting this mufflerless intermediate if the FAP / Ad Blue filter have been removed (loss of turbo outlet backpressure, loss of torque, turbo longevity affected). In this case, either retain the original muffler, or fit our intermediate with a mixed expansion/absorption muffler (TOYO206) or with a Sport muffler (TOYO209).
Our mufflerless intermediate is fitted with probe holders to reconnect the 3 probes located before the muffler to the original exhaust system, characteristic of the GDJ150 phase 2 (from 2020, 204hp).
Compatible and interchangeable with other OE exhaust components. Mounting kit supplied.
