Mecacyl HY 100ml
Mecacyl HY 100ml
Mecacyl HY 100ml
Designation
MECACYL *.*HY is the complementary hyper-lubricant for hydraulic and gear oils, whatever their viscosity. Viscosity is virtually irrelevant to the operation of *.*HY when used with oil.
Hyper-lubrication resistance
In ordinary and very severe environmental conditions (contaminant-laden air, very wet or very dry atmosphere, optimum operation even at very low or very high temperatures, or in normal or uncontrollable oxidation (10% water limit) or during normal or accidental acidification of hydraulic oils (sulfuric acid - arsenic acid...) or to eliminate problems originating in traditional lubrication (vibrations - ageing - operating imperfections - heat - distortion - wear).
Application
Mechanical hyper-lubrication of gears and hydraulic systems.
Mecacyl HY handles metal-to-metal lubrication in front of any carrier fluid.
All gear oils.
Icing oils are compatible, but delay Mecacyl fixation.
Specifications
In terms of results, HY exceeds, as a complement to oils, all international specifications concerning oil production standards. ...
Restrictions on use: oil-slide systems - submerged brakes - hydrostatic axle drives - Haldex axles - helicopter rotor brakes.
HY features:
Additional information
- Insulating power
- Significantly increases mechanical flexibility.
- Ensures very low operating temperatures and efficient cooling
- Eliminates oil inertia and its consequences.
- Continuous hyper-lubrication. Stable product.
- Significantly reduced wear (virtually zero). 4 to 10 times longer service life, during which performance is maintained above or below original specifications with traditional lubrication.
- Reduced direct or peripheral maintenance. Multiplication of mechanical durability cycles without TBO (currently mechanical durability multiplied by 8 or more).
- Reduction or elimination of downtime, accidents, oxidation, acidification, thermal distortion, degreasing... leading to mechanical problems.
- Mechanical wearability maintained by mechanical hyper-lubrication under extreme climatic conditions (extreme cold - extreme heat)
- Fixing stability close to the AC2 steel point
- Exceptional electrical rigidity
- Particularly environmentally-friendly product (under these conditions of use)
- Significantly improved driveability
- Quiet operation. No vibrations
Instructions for use
5% in the gearbox, i.e. 1 bottle of 100 ml for 2.5 liters of gearbox oil.
3% in the axles and transfer case, i.e. 2/3 of a 100 ml bottle for 1.8 liters of axle oil.
