The Alu-Cab Explorer Guard hardtop in black ribbed aluminum for the 2020+ Isuzu D-Max double cab is designed to offer a high level of durability, safety, and versatility, whether for heavy-duty professional use or off-road adventures. Made primarily from high-quality ribbed aluminum, it naturally offers excellent UV and corrosion resistance, making it perfectly suited for a variety of demanding environments, from extreme heat to cold and humid climates.

The Explorer Guard version stands out for its windowless design, which reinforces the overall rigidity of the structure and improves protection of the cargo against impacts, inclement weather, and external damage. The three access panels (left side, right side, and rear tailgate) provide quick and convenient access to the cargo area, while maintaining a fully enclosed, secure, and watertight space thanks to an interlocking closure system with a double seal.

Designed for modularity, this hardtop features integrated C-rails on the roof as well as T-rails inside, allowing for the installation and organization of accessories as needed: roof racks, interior fittings, storage solutions, or specific equipment. Its one-piece construction and Alu-Cab’s signature black-ribbed aluminum finish guarantee exceptional durability and excellent long-term performance.
