The Alu-Cab Explorer Guard smooth black aluminum hardtop for the 2020+ Isuzu D-Max double cab is a premium solution designed to transform the bed into a covered, secure, and durable cargo area. Made almost entirely of high-quality smooth aluminum (also available in a ribbed finish), this hardtop stands out for its natural resistance to UV rays and corrosion, ensuring a long service life in professional settings as well as in 4x4, off-road, and all-terrain use. Its reliable and durable design allows it to perform equally well in extreme conditions and during intensive daily use.
Unlike other Alu-Cab hardtops, the Explorer Guard version features a windowless design. This technical choice enhances the overall structural rigidity and improves protection of the cargo against impacts, weather, and external damage. The three access panels (left side, right side, and rear tailgate) provide quick and convenient access to the bed without having to climb inside. The overlapping closure system with double seals ensures excellent protection against rain, dust, and wind.
Designed for versatility, this hardtop features C-rails on the roof and T-rails inside, making it easy to install accessories, secure cargo, or customize the interior. It can thus adapt to a wide variety of uses: work, leisure, off-road driving, equipment transport, or preparing an off-road vehicle. Installation is performed using vehicle-specific brackets, mounted on the original anchor points, without drilling for the 2020 and newer Isuzu D-Max Double Cab.
