The Alu-Cab Explorer Guard hardtop for the 2012–2022 Ford Ranger Double Cab, featuring a smooth black aluminum finish, is a premium protection and cargo solution designed for both heavy-duty professional use and outdoor off-road adventures. Its nearly all-aluminum construction provides excellent resistance to impact, weather, and corrosion, while ensuring long-lasting durability. The windowless design enhances the security of the cargo and limits intrusions, regardless of usage conditions.

Designed for versatility, this hardtop features integrated C-rails on the roof and T-rails on the interior, allowing for the installation of accessories, storage systems, or carrying equipment. The three opening panels (left, right, and rear) provide convenient access to the cargo bed, while the overlapping closure with a double seal ensures reliable protection against rain, wind, and dust. Installation is done by bolting onto the vehicle’s original mounting points, without drilling.
