After the Kouglof Mould, the Bread Mould and the Casserole Mould, the Petromax cast-iron series has now been extended with the Petromax Cast-iron Muffin Mould. With room for a total of six delicious cupcakes, you can use the muffin tin directly over the fire, over hot coals and in the domestic oven thanks to a practical handle with groove. It also fits into the ft6 and ft9 cast-iron pots.
Cast iron - reliability and quality
The muffin tin also benefits from the excellent properties of cast iron. The special surface structure ensures that heat is stored efficiently and transferred to the pastry. The surface of Petromax cast-iron products is already pre-treated (culted) and therefore needs no further culting. So you can use the muffin tin straight away.
Practical and versatile
With this muffin tin, you can easily enjoy delicious pastries, both savory and sweet, whether in the outdoor kitchen or in the oven at home. If you want to use the pan in a ft9 Cast Iron Pot, we recommend that you place the trivet or stacking rack in the pot before placing the muffin pan, as the cast iron must always be spaced out to prevent damage.
