The Alu-Cab roof box is a completely sealed unit, allowing you to safely store your extra gear away from the elements.
When mounted with our extension brackets on Alu-Cab roof bars, you can mount an additional fuel can on each side of the roof box, providing easy access to an extra 40 liters of fuel.
The roof box lid is specially designed to accommodate our aluminum tray, which can hold up to 4 Maxtrax sand plates.
Your sand plates are stored safely and are easily accessible.
The lever system allows you to adjust the pressure applied to the lid, which adds a practical feature since you only need to close one side of the box.
The Alu-Cab roof box is ideal for transporting items such as clothing, sleeping bags, food, and drinks, as well as larger items like surfboards and kayaks. It also features a rubber floor that protects your gear from shocks and vibrations.
The locking mechanism allows you to adjust the tension and pressure of the seal to make it dust- and watertight.
The bottom, lined with a removable mat, not only protects the interior of the box but also prevents items from shifting and makes cleaning easier.
The roof box is also designed for transporting two items that are difficult to store: firewood and trash.
We all know what firewood can do inside a vehicle, and it goes without saying that a leaky trash bag (stored next to your camping gear) is not a good way to end a trip.
