The Alu-Cab Explorer Guard hardtop for the Toyota Hilux Revo double cab, made of black ribbed aluminum, is a sturdy and secure solution designed to transform the bed into a closed, protected, and versatile cargo area.

Made almost entirely of high-quality ribbed aluminum, it offers excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and extreme weather conditions. Its windowless design enhances the structure’s rigidity and effectively protects cargo from theft, the elements, and prying eyes. The three access panels (left side, right side, and rear) provide quick and convenient access to the cargo area. The overlapping closure system with double seals ensures a perfect seal against rain, dust, and wind.

Thanks to the integrated roof rails and interior rails, the Explorer Guard hardtop allows for the installation of numerous accessories: roof racks, roof tents, awnings, storage solutions, or professional equipment. Installation is performed using the original mounting points, without drilling.
