The Alu-Cab Explorer Guard hardtop for the Toyota Hilux Revo double cab, featuring a smooth black aluminum finish, is a premium solution designed for users seeking durability, security, and versatility.
Made almost entirely of high-quality aluminum (smooth finish), it offers excellent resistance to impact, weather, UV rays, and corrosion. Its windowless design reinforces the overall sturdiness and effectively protects the cargo from external damage and prying eyes.
Designed for both professional and outdoor use, this hardtop transforms the Hilux’s bed into a closed, secure, and easily accessible cargo area, thanks to its large side and rear doors. The integrated rails on the roof and inside allow for the installation of accessories (roof rack, awning, storage, etc.), depending on each user’s needs. Installation is done by bolting onto the original mounting points, without drilling.
The ribbed aluminum version, part number AC-C-D-TH16-G-BT, is also available.
