The N4-SCMO161 is a mounting kit designed to install a Racor Series 110 diesel pre-filter (part number SCMO31, not included) on a diesel-powered Ineos Grenadier. This kit allows you to add a pre-filter without modifying the vehicle.

Installation:
Installation is performed on the dashboard using dedicated brackets, without drilling or modifying the original structure. All necessary components are included, simplifying the integration of a Racor pre-filter.
Benefits of the fuel pre-filter
Water/fuel separation. The Racor 110 Series pre-filter separates water from diesel fuel (condensation, return from service stations, tank water) with a separation efficiency of at least 93%. This reduces the risk of corrosion, injector damage, and cavitation in the high-pressure pump.
Protection of sensitive components. By filtering particles down to 10 µm, it protects the injection system, extends the service life of components, and reduces maintenance requirements.
Enhanced safety and reliability. In the event of water or impurities, the presence of a pre-filter allows the engine to operate more stably and prevents breakdowns under extreme conditions.
Ease of maintenance. Racor cartridges are easy to replace, and the unit often includes a drain valve or quick-release drain, allowing accumulated water to be removed without complete disassembly.
