Installation:

Installation is performed on the dashboard using dedicated brackets, without drilling or modifying the original structure. All necessary components are included, simplifying the integration of a Racor pre-filter.

Benefits of the fuel pre-filter

Water/fuel separation. The Racor 110 Series pre-filter separates water from diesel fuel (condensation, return from service stations, tank water) with a separation efficiency of at least 93%. This reduces the risk of corrosion, injector damage, and cavitation in the high-pressure pump.

Protection of sensitive components. By filtering particles down to 10 µm, it protects the injection system, extends the service life of components, and reduces maintenance requirements.
