Opening - closing

• The tent opens automatically in less than 5 seconds, using two James Baroud cylinders.
• Mounted on ball-and-socket joints, they operate articulated arms protected by a canvas cover.
• Closing takes just 20 seconds.
• An elastic band incorporated around the canvas ensures its withdrawal into the hulls during closing.

Includes solar-powered VMC extractor:

VMC ventilation with on-off switch, silent, powered by a 24-hour battery and recharged by an integrated solar panel.

Shell

• Made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester with Gelcoat finish. Two air intakes, fitted with dust filters, improve ventilation inside the tent.
• The aerodynamic upper shell features a rear spoiler.
• The two hulls are locked by four custom-fit fasteners with safety catches.
• All screws and bolts are stainless steel, and the tent is attached to the vehicle by means of two aluminum rails incorporated in the lower shell and 6 fixing lugs with M8 threaded bolts and self-locking nuts.

Canvas

• Aluminized, sun-reflecting grey canvas with 6 coated layers. UV-resistant, 100% waterproof but breathable.
• All seams are doubled and 100% waterproof.
• The canvas is mounted on cables inserted into curved aluminum guides on the outside of the hulls.
• This guarantees perfect watertightness and high wind resistance, even in gusts of up to 120km/h .
• Door closed with Velcro for perfect waterproofing.
• Two window overhangs for protection against rain, reinforced by wind cables.

Ladder

• Sliding ladder accompanies vehicle movements when people move inside the tent.
• Bevel-cut feet in non-slip rubber for good grip on hard and soft ground, with safety catches to prevent the ladder from unhooking.
• Non-slip, ergonomic steps, ladder shipped with storage bag, canvas exterior and pvc interior to keep out water and sand for sleeping.

Ventilation

• Silent VMC ventilation with on-off switch, powered by a 24-hour battery and recharged by an integrated solar panel.
• With a capacity of 11.6 m3/min, this VMC prevents condensation and can evacuate accumulated heat, preventing humidity and mold.
• Use of fans in extreme conditions.
  It is designed to ventilate a cubage 7 times greater than that of the tent.
